I stopped by with a Doctor's requisition for a knee X ray last Friday. When I went to the counter she asked for my name, determined I did not have an appt, but took the requisition and told me to have a seat. She did Not tell me I need an appt, or to make one now, or to go home and make one by phone. I sat for an hour thinking I was being fit in if possible and after an hour asked if I was ever getting in today. The other staff as the rude one was on the desk now, stated I misunderstood her, you need an appt. I said then why not tell me that, she said nothing and she saw me sitting her for an hour plus? They said she thought you were waiting for a ride. I'm waiting for a knee X ray, I am in pain. I then made an appt which took half a minute! Why didn't this first woman tell me just that, you need an appt, you can make one here now, no she just ignored me and gave me no guidance and most certainly zero care. I get it, it's a mechanical daily occupation, but treat people like they matter, and with some respect! Tell them exactly what they need to do and then serve them as that is your job. Her ignorance is paramount and she should not be serving the public whatsoever. She is rude ignorant and disrespectful. I didn't get her name but I will for sure remember her next time I'm in which is 3 weeks from now. Unacceptable patient treatment. Hideous.
