I noticed some mechanical defects and before continuing with a maintenance agreement, I wanted clarity about why BioHarmony got paid for maintenance by the previous owners but did not make any repairs that were needed. I listed the defects but so far, BioHarmony has ignored my request for why repairs were not made and what exactly is included in a maintenance agreement costing hundreds of Dollars per annum? Arrogance and evasiveness or silence seems to be their Customer Service.
