I attended this lab for a blood test on Aug 19//23 and was informed that my test would only be done from Mon to Wed. I again parked and attended the lab on Monday Aug 22 only to find a sign on the door that the lab was closed due to smoke from the wildfires. Today Tues Aug 22 I phoned the location to save myself another futile attempt. I waited to speak to someone and began to explain why I was phoning to see if the lab was actually open and about 30 seconds into my explanation the representative hung up on me. I consider this a very rude and unhelpful was to deal with one of their clients.
