No consideration for patients, waited over 1 hour after my appointment time to see Dr. Holland for 2 minutes. Received a parking ticket as meter expired after 1 hour, was not told I would have my eyes dilated and could not drive home (would have arranged for spouse to come to drive home) had to buy sunglasses to be able to see in sunlight. Cost me $30 for fine & sunglasses. Wasn"t able to drive for over an hour, and live almost an hour away. They need to be more professional in dealing and informing their patients! It seems only their time is important to them !

Support staff are idiots and buffoons. Called me March 27 to make an appointment for may 27,2021. Then they send me a letter on april14(postmarked) informing me my appointment is March 27,2021. When I call to say there has been an error made, I’m informed I’ve missed my appointment! I explain that it is their error, they refuse to acknowledge their error or do anything to correct it. You can’t fix stupid, but apparently you can hire it if you don’t want clients. Now looking for an eye doctor who has staff that are polite, listen, and do their job.

After seeing a Doctor for my eyes, I was given No results about what I could do about my issues. My eyes water continuously, and I have a cyst on one eye. I was told there is nothing I can do, and was brushed off like an idiot. I said I felt like popping my cyst, and he said to do it all I want. Didn't say it could cause a problem or anything. Not Happy with this place at all. My tear ducts are blocked, and i am sure something could be done. Also, their bathroom was out of order, with the place packed, and was told to go outside and ask a restaurant if I could use their bathroom. A lot of unpleased people that day
