Was directed here for a follow up/temp contact lens removal after a minor injury treated at hospital. I was told it would be a quick '15 minute thing' by the ER doc. Turns out they wanted to do a full set of tests, on both eyes (injury was to one) as well as asking for way more information than necessary. When I declined to allow some of the tests (including pupil dilation) they were like 'them the doctor won't see you'. Can tell these folks are not used to being questioned. Refusing to do basic checks, requisitioned by the hospital is absurd and frankly the hallmarks of people who just don't care.

I could understand if I reached out privately. But the hospital sent me -- just do what the hospital requested. I will *never* use this company for anything if given the choice and based on other reviews, I would advise you look elsewhere too.

After seeing a Doctor for my eyes, I was given NO results about what I could do about my issues. My eyes water continuously, and I have a cyst on one eye. I was told there is nothing I can do, and was brushed off like an idiot. I said I felt like popping my cyst, and he said to do it all I want. Didn't say it could cause a problem or anything. Not Happy with this place at all. My tear ducts are blocked, and i am sure something could be done. Also, their bathroom was out of order, with the place packed, and was told to go outside and ask a restaurant if I could use their bathroom. A lot of unpleased people that day
